For a while we spent some quiet time relaxing and watching the Kuna’s sail by. The weather has remained brisk this winter, dictating when and where we can sail, anchor, snorkel or fish.
As soon as the wind lets up, everyone takes advantage of the relative calm and also uses the chance to replenish provisions. Snapper was on the menu again, requiring another yummy sushi night!
Here we reunited with Stefan after not seeing him for a few years.
It was great to catch up ~ none of us had changed nor changed wardrobes in the intervening years ~ so the guys made up for lost time teasing each other all night.
The sushi makers also had fun as usual (don’t ask)!
Next, it was time to spend more time with friends, celebrate birthdays and use any other excuse for a beach party! The weather didn’t always cooperate for all of us to be in the same place at the same time, but a good crowd was always present.
There are plenty of nice beaches to pick from for a party and we always invite the resident Kuna family to join us and share in the food. I’m sure they are plenty entertained watching us & cruisers make for pretty good chefs so everyone leaves satisfied… Feliz Cumpleaños a todos!
